1. Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

  • During peak times (such as sales or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

 

 

Standard Delivery

 

 

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: £3.99

 

 

 

Free Shipping

 

 

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

 

 

 

 

3. Delivery Information

 

 

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Bright Beauty is not responsible for:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Missed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received

 

 

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at brightbeautyhub@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

 

 

 

 

4. Damaged or Missing Items

 

 

We take great care in packing your order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

 

 

 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at brightbeautyhub@gmail.com.

We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once it’s been dispatched, we can’t modify or cancel it.
