Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bright Beauty. We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how refunds and returns work for orders placed on our website.

 

 

 

 

1. Returns Eligibility

 

 

We accept returns for most items purchased through our website, provided that:

 

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return

  • The return is posted back within 14 days of approval

 

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

 

 

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately — see Section 3 below.

 

 

 

 

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

 

 

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your return.

 

 

 

 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

 

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

 

Please note that:

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Exchanges

 

 

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

 

 

7. Cancellations

 

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at brightbeautyhub@gmail.com.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, our standard return procedure applies.
